How Parent and Student Accounts Work
Understand the difference between parent and student access in PekiTime.
The parent owns and manages the PekiTime for Homeschoolers account. Student access is optional and lets eligible students take responsibility for tracking their own course time.
Parents can
- Manage students and courses.
- Track course time.
- View student Time Logs and Reports.
- Edit or delete student time entries.
- Manage student access.
Students can
- Add courses for themselves.
- Track their own course time.
- View their own Time Log and Reports.
- Edit or delete their own time entries.
- Update their display name.
- Change appearance.
- Access Help.
Students cannot
- See another student's information.
- Edit another student's entries.
- Delete another student's entries.
